CALENDAR ENSEMBLES COLOR GUARD MULTIMEDIA SPIRIT ITEMS RESOURCES PARENTS AWARDS STAFF

Greetings from the Band Boosters!

The planning, organizing and sharing of ideas has begun and it’s going to be a GREAT year! We look forward to meeting freshmen parents and welcome back returning members. The boosters are here to provide valuable resources and answer questions such as “Is there really stadium practice on the first day of school?” (YES) and “What IS stadium practice?”

Not only do we help navigate through marching season but it is a great opportunity to get involved, have FUN, and meet parents and students. You realize quickly what a great group of students these kids are and see the camaraderie that exists between them. We are an organization of band , color guard, percussion and jazz parents who provide volunteer hours and raise funds to supplement contest fees, band equipment expenses and scholarships. Generous time and effort is spent helping during halftime, marching contests, managing trip accounts , chaperoning, securing memberships and planning a band banquet. It is through everyone’s CONTRIBUTION that we are able to be successful. So, don’t hesitate to volunteer once or a handful of times. We are here to support the band and need your help. NF Band Boosters is fun and has lots of benefits.

Feel free to contact me with any questions at cruella57@aol.com or at 972.530.4619. I’m looking forward to meeting “new” parents, seeing freshmen become marchers and watching a half time show come to life. It’s going to be a SUCCESSFUL year!
